Iron Thorns is a Rock & Electric type, is the future paradox of Tyranitar, and has a pretty good design, but a fairly good shiny. I actually would say this has my most favorite shiny of all the future paradox pokemon, the chrome coloring actually suits a mecha Tyranitar. However, it's another instance where I prefer the pokemon its based off of more than the paradox itself, at least in terms of regular design, I prefer the shiny of Iron Thorns over shiny of Tyranitar. Now when it comes to battles, Iron Thorns can do pretty good with it having good physical stats, a solid ability in Quark Drive, and a pretty good movepool. This definitely has its downside though with its typing being 4x weak to a common type in ground, but even with that, I would say it's still a pretty good pokemon to use in battle, just may not be the best. Overall, I definitely love mecha Tyranitar, but I just don't think it was worthy enough to make my top 20, which was why I chose to take it out here.
