Staraptor is a Normal/Flying type, and is final evolution to the Starly line. Then as far as design goes for final evolutions of the regional birds, Staraptor hands down has my favorite design of the bunch, and I feel it definitely stands out the most visually. Another thing Staraptor has on the regional birds, is that it is probably the best with battling as for a regional bird it has amazing abilities, and pretty solid stats/movepool. Now overall, Staraptor is probably my favorite final evolution for all the regional birds (Close between it and Swellow) but I just like the other 18 a wee bit more, so alas had no choice but to rank Staraptor at 19th.
Aquamarine Froslass is one of the ones I'm rooting for too. Alongside that, I'm also rooting for Glaceon, Garchomp, Luxray, and Lucario, in no particular order.
