EDIT: I did win based on the votes that were received before the election was cancelled.
First off I would like to thank all of those who voted for me in the Tengaged Presidential Election. It means a lot that you would show your support for me in hopes that I could help drive this community to the better of positivity.
Unfortunately, this was never going to be a legitimate position and I knew that from the start. However, that did not prevent me from putting my all into it in hopes that it would inspire change. My party, Be Kind To One Another, stood for exactly what I believe.
While I may not be the real President of Tengaged, I am still a very active and dedicated member of this community. I want to ignite change so that this site can continue well beyond when I choose to walk away.
I want to thank logansew for coming up with and sparking this idea and turning it into a game that brought forth much needed attention on the state of this site. While it did not pan out the way it was intended I believe a lot of good came out of it.
Again, thank you to all of those who supported me and the #BKTOA party. Maybe one day I will truly be able to have a say in what happens with this site. Maybe as a mod or President or some other position that would allow me to bring about a more positive change.
