So after graduating, Minnie went down a dark route in her life, yearning the attention she never got from people, she got into pole dancing, knowing she'd have all eyes on her. Growing up, the two were always very close, so even though Gemma was a year behind Blake and all of his friends during high school, he welcomed her into the group with open arms, so it was a little sad for her to see them all graduate before she did. Once she graduated the year after, she moved away to Washington to attend school, graduating with a bachelors in Media & Communications and landing a job right out of college as a publicist for a local magazine. After spending a few years there, however, she realized that there were little opportunities for growth, and she missed her best friend/brother.
