Episode 1
Aganoa wins the opening reward challenge, winning a lit torch. At the Aganoa tribe, Alexis and Ryan find something in common. Despite this, Alexis wasn't included with the quick foursome formed between Devens, Jeremy, Debbie, and Ryan. Debbie and So also have a minor disagreement. At Saanapu, Josh is leading the charge on the shelter and impressing the rest of his tribe. At Vavau, Alecia is immediately seen as the weakest tribemate and due to this, she has a meltdown. Shirin and Nadiya also butt heads when it came to shelter making. Despite all this, the 7 nonwinners all agreed to target JT as soon as they could. Saanapu and Aganoa win immunity, sending Vavau to tribal council. Unfortunately for JT, he was dead in the water. He tried to flip people onto Alecia due to her weak performance at camp, but Garrett made sure that JT would go, resulting in JT voting against Garrett, but the loser coalition sent JT out 7-1.

Episode 2
At Aganoa, Alexis and Ryan continue to bond and strengthen their relationship. Debbie and Rick bond strongly as well, strengthening their four person alliance. Jeremy begins to get cocky due to his position in the tribe, which causes him to bicker with So. At Saanapu, Angelina and Jacob have a minor disagreement. Josh, Kellee, and Mari all saw each other as smart, loyal gameplayers, and they brought Vince in as another loyal number. At Vavau, Garrett found a much needed idol after playing very over the radar in the pursuit of getting rid of JT. Garrett's gameplay has the rest of the tribe impressed. Jay and Spencer see each other as similar threats and they bond over it. Saanapu and Vavau win immunity, sending Aganoa to tribal council. Alexis doesn't like Jason based on how he played his game in 32, so she tries to rally people against him. However, Jeremy wants So out due to their earlier conflicts. Debbie has also had conflicts with So, so the foursome saw her as the obvious target. Since Jason wasn't going to vote for himself, this left the vote at 5-2, and Kellyn rode with the numbers, so So was voted out 6-2, with Alexis being left out.

Episode 3
At the Saanapu camp, Jacob was on the hunt for an idol, and he found it. Saanapu wins a reward of the blankets, pillows, and chairs. And Vavau wins a tarp. At Aganoa, Jason finds an idol after he was targeted at the last tribal council, which was much needed after he got upset over receiving votes. Debbie and Jeremy bond over being very upfront people, strengthening their alliance. Jeremy sees Alexis as an easy number to pull in after she was on the outs last tribal, so they solidify their alliance. At Saanapu, Angelina and Mari get along. At Vavau, Shirin gets emotional over missing her husband. The tribe thought that Spencer should be the next to go, since he was the biggest name on their tribe. Since Spencer was weary of this, he tried to solidify an alliance with Alecia. Sanaapu and Vavau win immunity, sending Aganoa to tribal council. The foursome was in control of how this tribal council was going to go, and since Jeremy had ties with Alexis now, and she wanted Jason out, the foursome decided that voting Jason out was the way to go. They were worried about a possible idol, and he did have the idol, and instead of a vote split on Jason and Kellyn, Jeremy decided to convince Jason that the vote was between him and Ryan, since Jeremy has been very paranoid and neurotic, while Ryan was weak in the challenge. Jason was convinced that Jeremy, him, and Kellyn were on the bottom, so Jason played his idol for Jeremy and he and Kellyn voted Ryan, but Jason was backstabbed by Jeremy, and Jason was sent home 5-2.

Episode 4
At Aganoa, Kellyn was quick to fight with Jeremy since she thought his overplaying was absolutely unnecessary, and Jeremy fought back. Alexis and Ryan continued to solidify their relationship, proving to be one of the strongest duos in the game. At Sanaapu, Kellee can't take any more of Wendy's crazy behaviors, which results in a disagreement between them. Kellee also can't take anymore of Vince S, her ally, which results in an argument. Afterwards though, they make up and bond slightly. At Vavau, Jay and Shirin bond over not wanting to have to vote Spencer out, but they know that they have to go with the flow of the tribe. Alecia and Garrett bond together, which inspires Alecia to cut off ties to Spencer. Saanapu and Aganoa win immunity, sending to Vavau to tribal council. Since the tribe had already decided who would go, Spencer didn't have much room to maneuver, but tried to throw Nadiya under the bus. However, it didn't gain any traction, and Spencer was voted out 6-1.

Episode 5
Saanapu wins two egg-laying hens and a rooster, and Vavau wins one chicken. At Aganoa, Debbie and Rick continue to bond, but Debbie sees Alexis as a threat to the alliance, which causes them to butt heads. Vince S has another argument with Kellee, has a big fight with Angelina, and yet another fight with Josh, leaving him in a horrible spot. At Vavau, they continue their strategy of singling one person out, and they decide that Alecia is the weakest member of their tribe. Aganoa wins immunity, sending the others to tribal council. The Vavau tribe has an easy decision and they take Alecia out, however a twist is revealed where she is not really voted out, but voted onto the other tribe, and she can take someone with her. She decides to take Nadiya. At Saanapu, Jacob is the obvious vote since he wasn't apart of any alliance, however, he had an idol. Wendy wanted to stick with him and vote for Angelina, who Jacob didn't get on with. However, Angelina, the foursome of Kellee, Vince S, Josh, and Mari, as well as Vince M, voted against Jacob. Jacob played his idol though, sending Angelina out. However, she also was not out, and she was sent to the other tribe. She also needed to take somebody. She decided that Mari was her best friend on the tribe, and she took her.
