for the past 2 hrs and feeling chills all over my body but i dont know why? im not even nervous or anxious at all. Anyone been through the same for no reason? give me tips pls

shanteyouslay actually my room is warm but its driving me insane
obscurity I usually have diff symptoms for that like sudden fever/sweat but i feel rather cold and tense for whatever reason, could it be food intoxication?
