FINAL THOUGHTS
— Heartbreaking pre-merge votes :/.
— Really intriguing merger boot, considering Masaya ALL reached the merge together.
— This cast was really hard to “write” for and I wasn’t a huge fan of it overall, which is why Second Chance 3 has a stronger cast.
— LOL at Nagarote being AWFUL pre-merge but somehow lasting as long as they all did as a trio at the merge.
— Ane is an ICON.
— T’Keyah was absolutely robbed.
— BOB BARKER MADE FINALS. LOL.

ALL STAR POTENTIALS

Mary Elizabeth Winstead, 12th Place, an odds on early favorite to win the whole title, Mary Elizabeth entered the game but was instantly alienated when she failed to join the final four alliance between David, Ane, Florence, and Matthew. She bonded closely with Christian, helping him find an idol on day six and together, the duo was able to help their tribe win all four immunity challenges which helped her escape elimination multiple times. After swapping to the physically stronger tribe, she again sailed through votes to ensure her safety, however, her game was heartbreakingly cut short after her main ally Christian played an idol and three stray votes became the majority to banish her as the final pre-juror of the season.

David Beckham, 11th Place, one of the strongest castaways to hit the beach, David Beckham instantly became the leader of his tribe, the Masaya tribe and was another odds on favorite to win the game. After forming a tight final two with Matthew Kepnes - - adding in Florence Welch and Ane Brun soon after - - it looked as if David was well on his way to the sole survivor title. The tribe - - even with two minorities - - were all able to win the immunities and become the only Celebrity Survivor tribe to all reach the merge, however, when David won the first immunity challenge all eyes were on him as the one to beat and when he lost the second immunity challenge, despite Christian Bale being the target and receiving all votes, Christian’s clutch idol find came in play and with just one vote, David Beckham was voted off as jury member one.

Christian Bale, 10th Place, the “villain” of Worlds Apart, Christian Bale’s eccentric attitude instantly alienated himself from the tribe as he thought constantly it was his way or the highway. Despite this, however, he landed on the most successful Celebrity Survivor tribe of all time, surviving multiple pre-merge rounds due to immunity and advancing to the merge, where an early idol find saved him, despite resulting in the ousting of his main ally Mary Elizabeth Winstead. The stage was then set for Christian to follow, however, after another idol find he was able to successfully send home tribal leader David Beckham and stun the rest of the tribe, however, when he was unable to find another idol or win immunity, the rest of the tribe agreed he was too big of a threat to keep around and he landed as jury member two.

Matthew Kepnes, 8th Place, one of the lesser known stars of the cast, Matthew Kepnes came to Nicaragua and was instantly a fan favorite, admitting to everyone through confessional he had never done anything like it - - which made him relatable to the viewers at home. He had a tight bond instantly with Ane Brun, after the duo were chosen as the tribe representatives on day one, as well as a tight final two with David Beckham, to which the two - - adding in Florence Welch - - formed a final four alliance. Matthew landed on Masaya and the six tribesmates all advanced to the merge, however, were picked off almost one-by-one for the first three votes. Matthew won a critical immunity that gave he, Ane, and Florence leverage to eliminate RiceGum, however, when the necklace was not around his neck the others viewed him as the next biggest threat and he was ousted in eighth, with an idol he had found right in his pocket.

Maisie Williams, 5th Place, the femme fatale of the game, Maisie came to Nicaragua and was instantly an early favorite to win as well. She, however, did not have an easy journey. Being in the minority on her original tribe, she relied on friendships with RiceGum and Chanelle to get her through her isolation feelings and the trio almost took the lead at the fourth tribal council, however, Maisie made a bold decision by not drawing rocks and banishing Chanelle. She managed to secure a spot with three other tribesman at the swap, however, she stunned everyone when she chose to side against them and banish Demi Lovato and Shawn Mendes from the game as well. At the merge, she was able to lay low for several votes, however, after losing her best ally RiceGum she was instantly on the bottom again, relying on an immunity run and idol save to advance her to the top five where after failing to win immunity she became the next player to leave, in fifth place.

T’Keyah Crystal Keymah, 4th Place, the outspoken celebrity of the season, T’Keyah instantly made waves when on day one she called Jeff PRobst out on having her be on the oldest tribe when most of them were twenty years older than her. Despite this, however, she was able to land in the majority alliance but when her tribe lost three immunities in a row, it looked as if she was doomed for the game. But when she was able to reconcile an alliance with Julian Richings and Bob Barker, the trio was able to manipulate their way to the merge where they were able to also pick everyone off one-by-one leading them to the final four - - which was also accomplished due to T’Keyah’s multiple immunity wins and idol finds, however, when Ane Brun won the final immunity, Julian’s wish of carrying Bob to the end as a goat was still in motion and she was ousted as the final jury member.

Julian Richings, Runner Up, another one of the villains of Worlds Apart, Julian Richings, or the janitor from “Urban Legend” as many know him as, came into the game and hit the ground running. He instantly bonded with the oldest in the game, Bob Barker, and vowed to carry him to the end as a goat, keeping him over stronger players in the early tribal councils, giving Julian and his tribe the title of worst tribe ever. Despite losing three players early on, however, his bond with Bob Barker strengthened as they advanced past the tribal shuffle and into the merge, picking up old tribal ally T’Keyah Crystal Keymah and teeter-tottering between the other two tribes to pick the others off. When it got to the final four, Julian and Bob stayed true to each other and ousted T’Keyah where they advanced to the finals. Julian argued he had an uphill battle but was able to get an alliance of three to the final four but Ane’s game was seen as more aggressive and Julian became the runner up.

Ane Brun, Sole Survivor, the badass femme fatale of the game, Ane Brun came to Nicaragua with one goal; claim the title of Sole Survivor. And she certainly did everything she needed to do to accomplish the goal. Instantly bonding with Florence Welch, the duo banded with David Beckham and Matthew Kepnes and controlled the pre-merge, winning all immunity challenges and surviving a tribal swap. At the merge, however, their luck soon began to run out as they lost three members instantly. Ane found a clutch idol, however, Florence and Matthew both fell by the wayside, leaving her a lone duck. She relied on immunity wins to advance her in the game, reaching the finale where she argued she played the most aggressive, straight-forward game and the jury awarded her the win.

When T’Keyah became the target on her original Nagaroto tribe, I immediately decided there was racism involved.
