Survivor Redemption Island Power Rankings: Week 10

Apr 20, 2011 by rajrhcpfreak
Ok, no recap. If you have been following my weekly posts then you know what I'm doing. If not, then look at my previous ones. Some info on the new rankings. David finishes below Sarita, first time this season leaving the game puts you below someone already voted out. Three way challenges where the top two stay in the game is being treated like this; If you get first you get a full point for winning, if you get second you get a half of a point. this is similar to how I treated multiple tribes playing like in All-Stars.

Onto the actual game play.. This season is boring me. why in the world does Jeff and so many people say this season is so great. Yes Rob is playing like a Survivor God, but what do you expect when you go up against fresh meat (example Stephanie vs the cast of Guatemala & favs vs fans in Micronesia). Other than that we have had 3 boring boots in a row where it wasn't that surprising. And dont get me started on Rusell, Krista, Stephanie's boot. Fran and Kristina was expected too. The only two exciting blindside votes were both against Matt.

/of of rant

That is why I'm hear early this week giving you all the Power Rankings.

1. Rob Mariano (72.7)
Survivor Executives, "Rob hasn't won an individual immunity yet"
Survivor Challenge department, "OK, how about 2 puzzles."
Survivor Executives, "Thanks."

So he gets his first Individual Immunity win. Big surprise it comes from a puzzle challenge. I mean, dont even make it hard by putting a physical aspect before it.

2. Grant Mattos (69.4)
I still love Grant he seams pretty smart from the deleted scenes I've watched. His points were a little inflated because he won an immunity challenge early, so it fell slightly.

3. Natalie Tenerelli (69.4)
She is soooooo boring. But hot too. Whats even hotter, is shes very likely a millionaire.

4. Ashley Underwood (67.8)
Ok, will she win a challenge? If she can't then she wont win.

5. Andrea Boehlke (67.8)
She must make a move to get into the final 3, and of course if she gets there then she wins.

6. Mike Chiesl (59.9)
The Chiesl sky rockets into 6th place by taking the alternate route called, Survivor Redemption Island Loophole. As long as he stays and wins he keeps up with Ometepe. He just needs a crack in the cult when he reenters the game.

7. Steve Wright (58.5)
OK, even if he wanted to be in the game its over now with Julie our and Philip going after him. The rice incident would have been a great bonding moment for the tribe. But they used it as a decisive issue to get Philip on the hot seat. Now if either him or Ralph wins Immunity, I see Rob and the rest of the tribe sending the other one home so they only have to beat one person.

8. Ralph Kiser (59.7)
I think he is the last viable person that could win. Technically there is still one person not voted out below him and two people on redemption island below him, but those three would lose in a landslide. Ralph has decent social skills and is strong enough to make a run. The question is his spelling and intelligence.

9. Matt Elrod (57.1)
Poor kid is crumbling. He didn't win first and the Island is finally taking a toll on him. The thing is, as soon as he gets close to someone they get kicked out. So he has really made no good friends so far. The closest one was Andrea who can barely look at him and voted him out last week. Maybe the badass Mike can have bible study with him on the island. But even Matt's faith is being tested after he gave himself a great comeback story and great testimony and he then just falls on his face.... ill just quit rambling on.

10. Philip Sheppard (57.0)
INSANE. And its not because I'm racist. Just because it suited you to become "one tribe" doesn't mean everyone feels the same way. The Russell strategy of making your tribe miserable that Rob has employed on you coupled with hatred of the other tribe. Has put you in a position where you get to watch your enemies feast while you starve. The other tribe can do one of two things. 1. share and hope it gets them in good graces, but probably will still get them voted out. or 2. eat all of your rice. embrace this two tribe thing that rob created. and when ralph or steve goes to redemption island they could possibly make a run. then the one that remains must continue winning immunity challenges.
So im thinking you go with two like they are now and tell Philip that your crazy to think that I'm going to starve my self so you can eat more and shove it in my face.

11. Julie Wolfe (56.7)
I said she had the best shot and she gets voted out. I guess Rob took out the outside shot of a female alliance happening.

12. Sarita White (55.3) - OUT
13. David Murphy (50.3) - OUT
14. Stephanie Valencia (40.3) - OUT
15. Krista Klumpp (37.5) - OUT
16. Kristina Kell (31.0) - OUT
17. Russell Hantz (30.8) - OUT
18. Francesca Hogli (10.7) - OUT
