i was going to get the animal crossing themed switch but it sold out so now im stuck with a DIFFICULT DECISION

You should get a regular switch. That way you’ll be able to buy different color controllers and express yourself however you want. You’ll also have a couple different ways to play games other than like you would with a Wii U gamepad.
