You probably got banned because he didnt have the picture on tengaged already and reported u when u got it on tengaged first. Anyone can post your picture because you willingly post vlogs and let your face out in public. Same with gagaluv. If she posts a picture of herself, shes giving full permission for anyone else to post it.
then you got banned because this person said by posting your picture u were harassing him. Therefore u can get them banned by reporting your picture being posted.
