I need a new setting powder for my under eyes to BAKE with, what do you recommend/use? something that locks in my concealer seamlessly, with NO flashback and just a smooth matte finish with NO creasing

Oh but if you are having problems with bags and dark circles under your eyes, apply hemorrhoid ointment under your eyes twice a day. I know it sounds weird but shit actually works.
