Mona is A- The original A who started the game and had the girls fearing for their lives. The scene was set once she had Spencer alone and none of us would've thought that Mona was A. Spencer's fear in her voice told it all when she said 'Because your A'. You have to admit Mona was one of the most cunning A's of them all and such a memorable character.
