I'm certain of 9 of my 10 picks, I orginally had Slovenia in my 10 instead of Serbia - however I decided that Serbia's track record is more trustworthy than Slovenia, so I put them through. It truly is a toss-up between the both of them and I do feel like if there's one country from the first half who would not qualify it would be Serbia. I can also make a case for Moldova but I feel more confident with Slovenia and Serbia.
EDIT: after seeing the performance, I am swapping Slovenia and Serbia
