evildoer666 i think also itd be cool to hear about diet & if you do anything pre/post workout and why. Ive always wondered how necessary it is! But especially stuff you can do at home or without lots of equipment- would be cool for people who are just starting fitness or are curious:)
BenjaminB Diet and Pre/Post workout routines are like 75-80% of fitness.
I can lift heavy weights all I want, but nothing will grow without the proper routines at home and in the kitchen. In fact without the diet you are often more likely to get injured, which isn't good!
