They moan and cry about people actually playing the big brother game. But it is a game show. No wonder Love Island is a success and BBUK got cancelled. Love Island promotes competition.
The Brits would get eaten alive by American Big Brother. Because it seems they are all fickle snowflakes who are offended that someone is playing a game.
Sad, but they will single handedly ruin their final season of Big Brother by voting at the drama and entertainment in the first 5-6 weeks (i.e. Anamelia, Lewis G, Lewis F, Tomasz, Cameron) and then they'll be stuck with boring people who just cry about not wanting to be there like Kay.
What an entertaining 45 minutes watching Kay say for the 128th time that she wants to leave, but then actually never does. YAWN.
Well actually like back in the day when it started it wasn't considered a game, it's not bbusa. Which you have to win competitions, bbuk is a different format, like it's up to being liked by the public not a game. If you win the nations heart over, you win. Playing a game, is like just being fake to everyone in the house, and considered a fake person.
Matthew09 well the reason the show is getting cancelled is because it losing ratings about halfway through every season because the DULL public votes out the entertaining houseguests and makes the show DULL. No wonder BBUS is thriving compared to BBUK. Honestly not sad about the cancellation cause the audience did it to themselves.
evildoer666 I actually enjoy bbuk more than bbus, only bcuz bbus comps are stupid and overdue, like it's watching the same theme/twists every season just different people.
BBUK is more of an experiment on social and how people get on with each other not, lets just not compare the two and appreciate that they are different, but I mean we all have our own likes and I prefer bbuk. Their house is amazing and each year they decorate it differently and its just so modern. Their tasks are entertaining. And the people imo are more interesting than bbus and can.
Matthew09 I also preferred BBUK, back when the British public were smart and kept dramatic and entertaining people in the house like NIKKI, Makosi, Nadia, etc.
But now they public literally stan's 5 boring people who sit and stare at the wall in their finale every year because they are "nice and caring people." Meanwhile I fell asleep watching the first 10 minutes of the episode.
It's just disappointing to see such a good format crash an burn because the fans did it to themselves by creating a boring show cause they are to fickle to deal with the drama.
evildoer666 Let's not pretend that the US public don't make terrible decisions when it comes to voting in reality shows, I watch American Idol, The Voice etc and the choices your people have made are.... interesting to say the least lol, and had the us format been the same as the UK you'd have the exact same problem, a big personality bringing drama vs a shy country girl, I wonder who would stay haha xD You people let Phillip Phillips beat Jessica Sanchez and Joshua Ledet... I will never get over that
dandoe ya true. I guess it is just way more blatantly obvious with BBUK because every season ends Dull due to the entertaining and dramatic people getting early boots.
