the true tea is that Shay does have a victim complex and that Johnny responded to her crises by poking at them until Shay became more upset. After seeing them interact with each other on a daily basis I sincerely never understood why they remained so close for so long!
Shay is self-absorbed and Johnny has too short of a temper... this kind of friendship worked more when yall were teens who lived for the drama but it's definitely really stale now
