When you see someone on the road

speeding and weaving around traffic, it will always be one of three people:

1) BMW, Audi, Infiniti, etc. luxury cars that are more important than you and have places to be

2) a dingy, beat up, blacked out volkswagen. This subset may be up to 85% of the whole.

3) it's LuigiTheDude and he's just beating you in Mario Kart
