because say for foreign users at least they could pick a letter, and score some points now its hard for them. Also if someone has dyslexia or some other condition that may affect their ability to play words, its kinda unfair.
Agreed, and the simple fact that sometimes you can make multiple words out of the given letters...any combo that forms a word with the provided letters should be acceptable.
