FromAWindow “Distance” by Yebba
I liked the song but I didn’t really live for it until the last 60 seconds! She has a great voice but it’s not something I look at as unique, it’s a sort of vocal style that I’ve heard before. My big critique here is that the other submissions for the most part had a powerful voice throughout and this one I rly only felt it at the end of the song.
Joee323 “Chasing Pavements” by Adele
Another Adele submission, I don’t particularly see myself as an Adele stan….. but Chasing Pavements is my number 1 favorite Adele song! This was the first song I ever heard from her and there is no denying the power that her voice has, and it’s consistent throughout the song. In her whole discography I feel this song gets overlooked, but it’ll always be special to me and always gives me goosebumps!
Newnightmare7 “Dynasty” by Rina Sawayama
I’ve never heard of this artist before, I enjoyed her! She definitely has a unique and powerful voice, and the song really pulled me in for the first half. I don’t know towards the end I kinda wasn’t as excited as I was from the start, but again no denying the voice this artist has!
Nenalalala “Ghost by Justin Bieber
I feel like I’ve heard other songs from the Biebs in which he had a more powerful voice than what I felt I heard in this song. It was a catchy song but… didn’t really do much for me this week unfortunately. It didn’t rly pull me in.
Maxi1234 “Skyward” by Davina Michelle
Another artist I haven’t heard of before! This song was really catchy and her voice reminded me a lot of Jessie J for some reason. They both have powerful voices and unique voices, I definitely enjoyed this song, what a queen!
