At the beginning of the game, the players were divided into two tribes of eight. However, the next day, they found out those were not actually the tribes. They would be divided into three tribes of five based on their performance in the first challenge. The last place player would not join a tribe and would be eliminated.
Tribes that won immunity would choose between which of the two losing tribes would lose a member. The decision would be made before the vote read but the decision wouldn't be revealed until after the votes were read.

After finishing last place in the challenge, Alisson did not join one of the three tribes and was eliminated.

As the most inactive player of the tribe, Sanda was voted out of Kunkush in a unanimous vote.
1️⃣4️⃣ Caleb/Caleb9211 - Arteza/Kunkush - Day 3 (3-1)
An alliance formed between Chris and DJ, and they brought Noah into the fold to vote Caleb out.

As the most inactive member of her tribe, Yoko was the first person to be voted out of Arteza.
1️⃣1️⃣ Qaz/qazwsxwdc - Arteza/Tuctu/Huascarán - Day 6 (6-5)
With three tribes coming together for the merge, things began very hectic for the post-merge game. After not voting anyone out in the pre-merge, the Tuctu tribe were eager to vote out one of their own. The vote quickly came between Logan and Qaz, adversaries from Tuctu. While Qaz had tribemates Jeff & TJ and Kunkush duo Chris & DJ, all of Arteza sided with Logan and Robby to vote out Qaz.
1️⃣0️⃣ DJ/coolexchangestudent - Arteza/Kunkush/Huascarán - Day 7 (4-3-2-1)
After solidfying sides with a lot of strategy talk in the previous vote, the tribe went in their separate directions for the next vote. Logan and Robby set their sights on Chris, but the Arteza OG's had different ideas, casting their votes for DJ. This miscommunication could have gone terribly wrong if Jeff's idol was played correctly. However, he played it incorrectly for himself. The vote would have tied if the minority alliance all put their votes on Robby, but one vote from TJ went awry and in K.C.'s direction, ending DJ's game.
0️⃣9️⃣ Tyler/VanHow10 - Arteza/Arteza/Huascarán - Day 8 (5-4)
Looking to make a big move, Tyler attempted to target Logan, thinking he had the numbers to do so. When Logan caught wind of the plan, it forced the target onto Tyler. His OG Arteza alliance did not like him playing both sides and Tyler paid the price by becoming the third member of the jury.

The majority alliance of Dakota, K.C., Latisha, Logan and Robby stayed strong by voting Chris out.
0️⃣7️⃣ TJ/TJ2807 - Tuctu/Tuctu/Huascarán - Day 9 (3-0(4))
After winning immunity, Robby felt comfortable enough to break out of the bottom of his 5-2 majority. He flipped with Latisha to put four votes on Dakota. However, Dakota pulled out an idol, negating the four votes against him and sending TJ packing.
0️⃣6️⃣ K.C./Kaseyhope101 - Tuctu/Arteza/Huascarán - Day 10 (ROCKS)
With Jeff, the final member from the minority alliance, safe with the immunity necklace. The majority alliance needed to turn on each other. With Logan & Robby set on voting Dakota out and with Latisha & K.C. set on voting Logan out, Dakota looked to make a move with Jeff to take out Robby and exact revenge for voting him out. Dakota used his extra vote to get three votes on Robby, but he played an idol to save himself. In the revote, Jeff had the power to tie the vote or to send Logan home. However, he tied the vote, sending K.C. and Latisha to draw rocks. K.C. drew the bad rock and was eliminated.

As the biggest immunity threat left in the game, Robby was voted out by Dakota, Jeff and Logan after he lost the immunity challenge.
0️⃣4️⃣ Latisha/Latisha0987 - Arteza/Arteza/Huascarán - Day 10 (3-1)
With Jeff immune, Dakota and Logan opted to vote out Latisha with Jeff.
0️⃣3️⃣ Dakota/Java9044 - Tuctu/Arteza/Huascarán - Day 11 (1-0)
After a surprise announcement that it would be a Final 2 rather than a Final 3, Jeff won the Final Immunity Challenge and opted to bring Logan with him to the Final 3, eliminating Dakota and making him the final juror.

Even though Jeff spent majority of the game in the minority, he was applauded for his tenacity and his ability to escape the vote. The jury felt as if Logan was carried to the end by his allies and did not deserve to win over Jeff.
There were only two real rounds where strategy talk was really persistent with the Final 11 and Final 9 votes.
The Final 10 vote was really frustrating because that offered an opportunity for the minority to change the game and it was blown by lack of communication.
Jeff is an okay winner. He needed immunity all three times he won or else he would have gone home. The only times he voted in the majority were the final three votes of the game, one of which he was the sole vote. He wasn't a strategic winner, but the game is Outwit, Outplay, Outlast, and outlast he did.
