PREVIOUSLY on Big Brother, Davos's HOH win prompted the guys to forge a final four pact and make the three girls their targets. Candy was Davos's primary target, but a veto win saved her from the block and Ry became the replacement nominee. Armanti looked to be doomed, but she was able to convince Bob and Ethan to keep her. This angered James, who wanted to take his partner Ry to the final two. He won the double eviction HOH and put up Bob and Ethan, turning his back on the guys as he felt betrayed. Bob's veto win saved him from the block and James had another chance to keep all the guys safe, but he chose Davos as the replacement, and Ethan left unanimously. Now, only five remain, and tonight, one more will go. Find out who that will be in the penultimate episode of Big Brother 2!

JB: Good morning houseguests! Please come to the living room.

JB: Houseguests, last night was a wild night and two of your houseguests left and went to the jury house. We gave you last night off to rest because this challenge is important. All of you can compete with the exception of James, the outgoing HOH. Head to the backyard for today's competition.

JB: Houseguests, the power is back up for grabs. This game is called "Fake News" and here is how it works. All across the house are scattered newspaper headlines about events that occurred in the game. However, one of these is fake. Your job is to bring me a real headline. If you bring back a fake headline, you are eliminated from the game. In each round, new headlines will be thrown in the house. The person who brings back the fake headline will be eliminated until one person remains to claim the HOH. Does everyone understand?

Bob (DR): Now that I can compete, I'm on a roll. Two comp wins in a row for me and it feels great! Final four baby!
Armanti (DR): I can't believe I screwed up as bad as I did in that competition. Now I have no chance in keeping myself safe.

Bob: Winning HOH is so great for us.
Davos: Absolutely.
Davos (DR): After this past week, I can only trust Bob in this game, and he can only trust me.
Bob: We can only trust each other.
Davos: Yep.
Bob: I want to target James this week. He'll be tough to beat in these last three competitions.
Davos: Right. He's our biggest threat.
Davos (DR): As bad as James pisses me off, he is my best final two chance outside of Bob. Having him around makes a lot of sense for me even if he is good at competitions. Going for a girl this week may make a little more sense.
Bob: The question is, who do I put up next to him as a pawn?
Bob (DR): James is my target this week. He screwed the guys over and deserves to go, but I don't know who I want sitting next to James. I'll probably be deciding right up until the nomination ceremony.

Candy (DR): Being on the block is bad but seeing James up there with me means that Bob is still mad at James, which is good for me and Armanti. It means we can both stay this week if one of us win the veto.
-DAY 70, VETO-
JB: Houseguests, it's time for the final POV competition of the season. Please head to the backyard.

JB: Houseguests, this is the final POV of the season. This competition is called "Bye Bye Birdie" and here is how it works. You have a new, much improved nest that you must complete after you are expecting additions to the family, but you can only work on it a short amount of time because people are after your eggs. Every 30 seconds, you must go back to your old nest to protect your babies. This takes time away from building your nest. If you don't save your babies in time, you will have to make new eggs, which takes 5 minutes, and your new nest will fall apart. The first person to bring their babies to their nest will see them hatch and they will receive the POV as a nice housewarming gift. Does everyone understand?
Candy (DR): Dammit. Davos wins. I'm probably not going to be taken off by Davos. I guess I'll be packing my bags.
JB: Davos, you will be announcing your veto decision live right before our eviction in three days time. Good luck in making your decision.
Davos (DR): This is great. This ensures my spot in the final four and I have a little power this week, which is awesome.

Candy: Am I safe?
Bob: Davos won't use it. As long as Armanti keeps you, Davos will too, and if it comes to it, I'll save you too.
Candy: Thank you so much.
Bob (DR): Davos winning yesterday basically sealed James's fate. He's going to the jury.
James (DR): I need to talk to Davos and see if I can get back in the guys's good graces.
James: Hey man.
Davos: Hey.
James: I was wondering what the status was of you and Bob saving me. What are the chances?
Davos: Not very good, James. You betrayed us.
James: I get that, but I'm planning on taking you to the final two. If you keep me, you have two people definitely taking you to the end in the final four.
Davos: You'd really take me?
James: Why would I take anybody else? I'd lose to everyone else.
Davos (DR): James is a liar, but he makes a good point. I definitely have to entertain this.

Bob: So you're not using it and we take out James?
Davos: I don't know yet. What if we keep James?

JB: Are you surprised with tonight's outcome?
Candy: Yeah, I thought the whole house had turned on James and that he was going tonight. I mean I was on the block so I did think I could go, but the way I went surprised me a little bit, yeah.
JB: Arguably the boldest move of the season is when you backdoored Chris. Any regrets because you did not get to the end of the game?
Candy: If I got to play this hand again, I might have played it differently a second time. But regrets are something you choose, and I choose not to have regrets, because life is less fun with regret.
JB: Well said. Who is going to win this season?
Candy: Armanti would be the best winner. The guys, all three of them, are majorly flawed. I think if James can get to the end, he will win though. He got evicted early, but he has charisma to woo a jury. I'd consider voting him if he got to the end.
