I used to not understand the women of the #metoo movement being afraid to speak up about sexual abuse especially against bigger names/celebs. I thought "umm if something happens say something. You can't expect change if you're silent"
But now I'm in a situation where I may be have to stand up to the company I work for and a part of me would rather stay silent because they're the big dogs and I'm extremely intimidated to speak out against them. But what's the worst they can do? Fire me? I don't plan on working there much longer anyways
