How do you gain karma?

I know what karma is and currently i'm in casting games and I have T's but no karma. How do you get karma and how does it effect the game?

oh thanks alot. I doubt I  will be in top ten Drama just started for me with these two idiots who kept putting negatives on all my comments so I put negatives on theres and now they are trying to get me out. Whatever Thats how the game is either way im not letting them beat me >:)
