1. No matter how often we say it, it seems that some people remain unclear about this matter. Do not log onto your account at a friend's house who is also a Tengaged user. This WILL get you a red nose, or possibly a ban. We realize that this may be an inconvenience, but it is done in order to prevent cheating.
This is done automatically through an IP address algo and once it occurs, it will take some time for it to be resolved. So, do not do it, and if you do, don't complain about the outcome.
2. Multiple accounts are not allowed. Period. Once again, if you create one, do not complain about the consequences, don't ask for your old account to be unbanned, just don't do it.
3. We have several users who continue to post illegal designs that must be removed, time after time. If you have a design that you believe was unfairly removed, please contact Tengaged_Moderation - do NOT repost the design. Every time you post a design that has to be removed, you are decreasing the likelihood that you will receive your own shop when they open. Users who continue to post such designs may be temporarily or permanently banned from posting designs in the future.
These types of designs include - those that don't fit allowed categories, designs that cover the entirety of the avatar, designs that include multiple items, designs that qualify as harassment of other users, designs that use blue background color to cover up the avatar, etc. Masks are not allowed, "skins" aren't allowed, etc.
Logging on via multiple computers shouldn't be a problem (as long as there aren't any other tengaged users that use either of the computers). Basically, if you're the only account on your IP(s), you're fine!
If you have a sibling that wants an account, please PM us to inform us. If you join a game together or plus each other's blogs, your IP addresses will be flagged and you will likely receive a red nose/ban automatically.
Wow stupid. I didnt create another account to cheat, and im still rednosed! how would that even help cheating?
