Into the top five seasons ever! This season featured the legendary Jenna- Heidi duo/ a Gender divide, and Rob Cesternino, the Survivor Comedian. It's Survivor: Amazon
This was the first season to feature a gender divide at the start. It was pretty even, the guys and girls split the challenge wins about half and half. After a tribe switch and then the merge, Rob emerged as the top strategical player. Though he ended up placing third he is remembered as one of the most "Robbed" Survivors ever. And who can forget psycho Matthew, "Mean Ol Man" Roger, and the ditzy Heidi? Another very strong season.
Just shy of the top 5 now. This season featured a lovable southern Mom, Survivor's first physical powerhouse, and Mike Skupin's fire incident. Survivor: Australia
Another iconic season and the first to feature actual major game moves (i.e Jerri's blindside, Kucha and Ogakor targeting each other at the merge.) I liked most of the cast, and Jerri developed as the first major Survivor Villain. Though Colby had the season won, he chose to take Tina to the end over Keith, and Tina's strong social game and extreme likeability allowed her to edge out Colby for the win. Another strong season, but just shy of the top 5.
This season featured a crazy old bus driver, a lovable geek, a self-proclaimed dragonslayer, and a winner with no votes against him, and winning in a 7-0 landslide. Survivor: Tocantins
I knew I would like this season from the start due to the diverse, interesting cast. Also the last truly "Russell Free" Season (he was at least mentioned in all subsequent seasons and participated in three of them.) J.T owned the physical game, Stephen really deserved more credit in the finals, Tyson and Coach were as funny as ever. There were also some epic and funny moments to the season (Tyson's blindside, Debbie failing at the auction.) Good Season!
This season was the one that started it all and launched the Survivor Franchise. It's Survi or: Borneo.
While there was not a whole lot of strategical gameplay, this was the first season and many of the people were entertaining. Richard, Colleen, Rudy, Kelly, Gervase, Greg, most kf the cast was memorable. This season was very iconic and not half bad for Survivor's very first season.
This Season featured an initial gender divide and possibly the best BS artist Survivor has ever seen. It' s Survivor: Vanuatu
Many people who have done rankings put this season low. I' m a fan of this season because it what we thought was going to be predictable- The men getting pagonged after the merge- ended in Chris winning. I' m still not sure how he did it, but this season is underrated by many for sure.
We're into the top ten. seasons now. Next on the list is Survivor: Palau
Almost everyone knows "the story of Ulong"and how all of their members were eliminated one by one until only Stephanie remained. It was a very unique season to say the least. Tom Westman is still seen as one of America' s favorite winners ever. That being said, this season also had a double elimination twist at the beginning that eliminated two people on day 2. I thought it robbed Wanda and Jonathan, as they didn't even get to join a tribe. Also,this season possessed the twin annoyances of Katie Gallagher and Caryn Groedel. All in all, just good enough for a top 10 spot.
