"She died, dude". "I can get loud too!" "I'm gonna screw you annnnnnd Burton." The number three spot goes to Survivor: Pearl Islands
Possibly one of my favorite casts ever. I was a big fan of Sandra, Christa, and Rupert, and Jonny Fairplay developed as a major villain. Thus season also featured the Outcast Twist which allowed two people that were eliminated to re-enter the game. The game twists, excellent cast, and Pirate- themed location and season makes for Pearl Islands to be in the top 3 seasons ever.
There are just four seasons left! The next season featured the first "real" hidden immunity idol and the first appearance of "The Couch Lady" that would eventually be known as one of the best Survivor strategists ever. It's Survivor: Exile Island
Call me crazy, but I think that this season had the most "funny moments" in it. Shane' s "medical incident", Cirie making fun of Aras' s "psycho alliance" and Courtney promoting tribal unity while eating a snake. There was also a reward challenge that required the castaways to throw fish was unique. Exile Island added an interesting wrinkle into the game.e that was used for later seasons.
Plus, we got Cirie and Danielle. An excellent season and one of my personal favorites
Into the top five seasons ever! This season featured the legendary Jenna- Heidi duo/ a Gender divide, and Rob Cesternino, the Survivor Comedian. It's Survivor: Amazon
This was the first season to feature a gender divide at the start. It was pretty even, the guys and girls split the challenge wins about half and half. After a tribe switch and then the merge, Rob emerged as the top strategical player. Though he ended up placing third he is remembered as one of the most "Robbed" Survivors ever. And who can forget psycho Matthew, "Mean Ol Man" Roger, and the ditzy Heidi? Another very strong season.
Just shy of the top 5 now. This season featured a lovable southern Mom, Survivor's first physical powerhouse, and Mike Skupin's fire incident. Survivor: Australia
Another iconic season and the first to feature actual major game moves (i.e Jerri's blindside, Kucha and Ogakor targeting each other at the merge.) I liked most of the cast, and Jerri developed as the first major Survivor Villain. Though Colby had the season won, he chose to take Tina to the end over Keith, and Tina's strong social game and extreme likeability allowed her to edge out Colby for the win. Another strong season, but just shy of the top 5.
