Welcome back to Tengaged News: The tl;dr of today on tengaged
TOP BLOG YESTERDAY, THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO PLUSSED
AN UPDATE AT LAST
After months of nothing randomize finally made an update that changed... the graphics? A lot of buttons are noticeably brighter than usual as well as some other minor updates. The list (with credit to ItsAlexia for finding all these and posting them to a blog) includes the following:
- Changed the colors of the background & the tabs on the top.
- Added a feature to see your original account email.
- You are now able to sign up / connect with Google so your account is more secure.
- The "Member" button on a users profile under their frat is now more bold.
- The login page is a different format.
- Made the sun in survivor brighter.
- Group game images are smaller.
- AskMe updated, now when you +/- a question it changes immediately. Before it took a bit for your vote to influence the question.
- The color of the filter list changed. (Thanks, mbarnish1)!
- Small changes to button sizes like buy in shops, send mail buttons. (Thanks, Akeria)!
Though this all helps, is it really what tengaged needs right now? A humorous blog posted by 3pi14159 outlines these concerns which can be found here: https://tengaged.com/blog/3pi14159/9094890/summary-randomizes-updates-pic . It may help, but graphics are the least of tengaged user's concerns right now. More notable concerns include adjusting the payout table, and making adjustments to frookies. Will randomize ever listen to us? Probably not but stay tuned
ROOKIES VARIANTS
Though at face value every rookies game is the same, there are different variants that people in a game may agree too. The most common is the "charity" rookies where all the players agree to throw it to one user so that others can safely bet on that user. Another format included "13 post" games and later, "58 post" games. These games are characterized by the fact that everyone in the game agrees to post only once in 13 post games, or once a day in 58 post games. Truthfully, I don't get it as that takes away the fun part for me (the strategy) but if you're having fun, have fun!

GROUP GAME CORNER
It's open casting season for survivor group games as notable group game hosts BigBen1996 and Suitman13 open the doors to applicants for their 2nd and 6th seasons of the current generation respectively. Good luck to all the applicants! (Side note: How did I end up on the mailing lists?)

Tengaged is extraordinarily divided. Everyone is always fighting with everyone over the littlest things. We vote each other out. We blindside each other. We grow to hate each other. But despite all of that the ONE thing that makes us truly feel like a community is our mutual hatred of randomize not caring about this site.
