whats the point, honestly, of going after ""illegal"" designs? ever since inception its felt like a set of rules that, quite frankly, feel pointless and were instated for what feels like absolutely no reason. now, after all this time with no mods, its the one rule that people really stopped caring about because of how weird and out of place it feels with the other ones.
the only rules that tengaged needs to really keep on trucking as a regular place should be interested in keeping the site fair and fun.
this is why a lot of rules, like those that are anti-multis/cheating/account stealing, are in place. those rules give everyone a fair chance to play games and win them and actually keeps games feeling like something you're playing rather than sitting in there on your own with 12 other versions of yourself in the name of feeling accomplished and gaining karma.
the same goes for rules that are anti-slurs/harassment/porn, because those offenses can easily ruin the fun that people have on this website. people are going around being openly racist, calling people "dirty" because of their skin colour or straight up using racial slurs like the N word, and picking on other users relentlessly and bringing in things completely unrelated to this website into petty arguments. these people are acting out their fantasies of being the school bully that tormented them when they were kids, and rules are in place to stop that kinda mess.
illegal designs arent hurting anybody, and genuinely add some fun and creativity to the shops and design games. obviously things that are offensive or in some way bullying people are a completely different topic and should be removed, but when has a full avatar or a picture of somebody put a damper on the site? when it comes to fair, though, i can see the argument as to why full avatars aren't "fair" for people who are buying individual pieces, but it also opens the opportunity for people who CAN'T afford individual pieces to have a fully dressed avatar they like. it's a shame, though, that most full avatars are ugly anyways, but thats beside the point.
if designs being in the wrong categories is such a problem, then i think the categories are the issue, and perhaps categories could be added like "foreground items" or just foreground in general or a couple more nondescript layers to allow for even more items to be posted and money to be made in selling designs, leading to buying T$- sound good carlos?
so..... i mean... u might not change them completely but keep in mind admin that rules dont have to stay the same and this site can evolve. if randomize says different, then he has every right to stop ""illegal"" designs from existing, but in any other situation it just makes more sense 2 make this rule way less relaxed

tl;dr: the old “”illegal”” design rules are outdated. rules should be in place to keep the site fair and fun- rules against cheating/multis/account stealing keep it fair, rules against harassment/racism keep it fun. offensive/obscene designs are still issues worth having rules about, but illegal designs aren’t hurting anyone or making things unfair. if the problem is that items don’t fit in categories, maybe the categories should be changed, or new ones added in. if randomize is against it, then fine, whatever, but the site can still evolve past stupid ancient rules

Admin design rules are pointless, unless it's inappropriate I don't see the point of modding people's design, if they want a full picture of Britney Haynes why the hell can't they? This isn't a money backed site, this website is about big brother, why does it matter? seriously
Honestly Randomize said 50 years ago he goes after illegal designs just incase he changes the background color which he ain't ever gonna do AND he allowed background designs sometime later so yeh
tomhartnell one of the main reasons is in your response... money...full avi designs cut into T buying...Simple as that...Not to mention when people try to use full avis to skirt other rules...
