Story Five: It was Monday. Surely Mondays can't get any worse than they already are, can they?
On this Monday though, every person from the ages of 12 - 19 disappeared. There was no one within that age range left in the world. They all woke up in massive room that fits all of them in. They look around, and it seems like it's train station, with all the shops everywhere, but this time it was different. The shops, were now games..? Each of them had a portal in, and a set of rules around the room. It turns out they are in a simulator where they never age and will be stuck inside forever, but it's not like they just stand around forever, is it? These games, were not ordinary games. One of them was a "Battle Royale", where you enter the portal, and you have to play a hunger games type game, but you have no memory that you are in a game. When you die, you come back to your senses and you are back in the game room. Each person has a digital bank account that you can open by going to the bank room, and to get money, you must do well in a game. It will take a while, but if you want to make a request to create your own game, it costs 100,000 coins, it can even be something that already existed, like Sword Art Online or something! What other complex things await them..?
Examples of some games: The Hunger Games, Life, Murder Mystery, Zombie Apocalypse Survival, Apocalypse Survival, etc.
Story Six: One normal day in Tokyo, a Highschool student named Haru is in his Lunch break, but he checks his phone because there has been a lot of sirens going off all day, and it has been said that a bunch of people have been going around and biting a load of people then running off. On the way home from school, him and his friends were chilling on the bus when suddenly someone gets on and bites the bus driver. Two people go to see if he's alright, but they both get bit by the bus driver! Everyone freaks out and jumps out of the back emergency exit, but there's a load of chaos all around the streets; people rioting, bodies and of course, zombies.
(I came up with the sixth one about 6 months ago, so I guess it wasn't as great)
story 5 but with the immortality thing off, when they die - they die and not a second chance. Maybe with 100000 cash they can buy themselves a ticket to reality
Katherinee_ Ok, thanks for the suggestions, if this becomes my story I'll probably add the part where you don't get a second chance. But, I think I'm only going to change the ageing slightly, so you keep on aging until you turn 23, and you have can stay as long as you like. If you have kids, you will finally be leave and die when one of your kids turn 23.
Onomodoto 5 is the better option here! I think it's good to be inspired by Hunger Games etc, but don't feel confined to it. Maybe the games test different values? Mind games, physical, memory based etc.
Also why the particular age of 12-19? is there a specific reason to the story behind this? Are they a threat? but really good outline!
