Need the advice of the people here.... Oct 25, 2009
So, I am stuck on a decision here.  I figured - why not ask the people of tengaged, since it is about a tengaged game anyway.  I figure the plusses and comments are never a bad thing either.

So, we are at the final 5 in my castings game  (#10435)  Alliances only get you so far, of course - and though we have 3 members of our main alliance left in the final 5 - 2 of us are up for the final eviction - Deal or No Deal is a cruel bitch.

Either of us stands a good chance to win once in the final 4 I think.  Out other alliance member also stands a decent chance.  Sadly - the two people NOT in our group are ones that have remained quite silent for a large portion of the game.  That one of them in particular is now in the final 4 is a shame, as I think I am writing more in this blog post than he has in discussion for the whole game.  The other, well - she's one that we protected most of the game as a corollary ally - but has really shown no gratitude for that, the tone of her messages growing a bit terse nearer the end of the game.  Of course, the shenanigans of wwem did not help any of this - but he was just evicted... and that topic would make this a MUCH longer blog post than I have the patience for today.

So, realizing that the two non-allies will likely vote to spoil whichever result we desire anyway - I am left with a tough decision.

As the sort of "leader" of our alliance, I am the biggest target.  But I also feel it is the leaderly thing to do to vote my ally to move forward here - especially since she is a dear friend.  She has also been a bit of a lightning rod, as she has been vocal against out opposition.

She and I talked about this last night, and has told me NOT to do that - but it may be necessary for us to vote in unison to ensure WE pick the end result, not the others.  She says "hey, it's my first game - and 5th place is good."  At the same time, it's a pretty awesome feeling to place even higher in your first game - so I would have no problem voting that way to give her that feeling.  (And maybe make sure she plays more in the future.)

So - how do we decide this?  One fair way might be to say "whoever scores higher on the challenge today" stays.  Then again, it's numbers.  I KNOW I am really good at numbers.  She is not bad, but I feel that to agree to use this method dooms her ahead of time.

So - what would you do?  Advice please!  (wwem - your advice does not matter here)

You say you want to look EVIL? Oct 23, 2009
Now is your chance, but you are going to have to pitch in a little with some plusses.

Holy crap - my first win! Oct 20, 2009
Just when I thought I was going to be out of the game in 5th place - I log in and see that I won.  So, I guess some final words:

My original alliance:  Skoffin, Vendetta, Risky - thanks for all your support.  It is a real shame the 4 of us could not all be there at the end - especially Vendetta, who worked her ass off setting up some of the arrangements that saved the rest of us at the end.

Garret - Despite some miscues with voting, and who KNOWS what happened at the end there - thanks for sticking strong with the group in the end.

Cisco - I owe you a lot on this.  Had I been voted out at the end, this would be your win.  Thank you very much.

Giggs - No hard feelings about any of this.  I stir up drama near the end sometimes.  Everyone has alliances, you did, I did - we all did.  Some times we have to shake it up.

Taylor - Thanks for the help at the time you gave it.  Your blogs when you lost, however - simply low class.

And to the rest - good game!  (Except to the inactives - no game for you guys  :P)

Thanks again!

Strong alliances are awesome... Oct 7, 2009
Just got out of my second game.  In both games, I made an alliance at the beginning, and the final 4 were all from the alliance.  It's good to see that people can play a game smart and prosper from it.  Too many times on real reality shows, contestants forget that the backstab tends to backfire.  Shout out to my alliances:

Game 1: GoGogirl, secondguess, and saxtomophone
Game 2: usafgirl1121, Skoffin, danny, and OliviaSophie
