I think for stars instead of having only higher levels be able to join stars it should be a mix. For example we could have 1 person from each level join stars (not white) and then the raffle winner and the frat seat winner. This would give everyone a chance to play stars, (not just the higher levels.)
We would have
1. Tv star
2. Blood
3. Sky
4. Gold
5. Silver
6. Black
7. Brown
8. Red
9. Purple
10. Blue
11. Green
12. Light Green
13. Orange
14. Yellow
15. Frat Seat winner
16. Raffel ticket winner #Stars
a lot of lower levels would just team up and instantly evict high levels. Or the high levels could manipulate the lower levels with gifts or etc. Yeah, not such a swell idea :P
BTW I mostly dont like the idea because there is NOT incentive whatsoever to level up, stay at the level with the least amount of people in it, so you have a better shot of enrolling into stars.
