It’s time for Round 3! Only 9 of you remain, so now things are going to get a little harder! You all now have a slightly greater chance at being in the bottom 2, so submit your best!
Krystal, remember that you don’t have immunity anymore, so make sure your submission is good!
Oh, and Josh… you may have immunity, but you should still submit a film this round so you don’t hurt your score.
So what are we waiting for? Let’s jump straight into it!
I believe an important element to filmmaking is giving the film an effective title. And sometimes when you can’t think of something good, the best thing to do is to keep things simple. Sometimes a film with a title as simple as the protagonist’s name ends up being a film everyone remembers. Just take last round for example… Coraline is one of my favorite kids films of all time!
For this round, I’d like you all to submit a film that places the protagonist’s name in it’s title!
Now, I’m going to be loose with this… it doesn’t necessarily have to be their birth name. The title can also be the protagonist’s nickname, or another name they’re better known as. And the title can simply be their name alone or it can feature other words as well. If you have any questions on what is and isn’t allowed for this round, don’t be afraid to ask!
And as always, please make sure your submission is available for me to watch on one of these platforms:
Netflix
Hulu
Disney+
HBO Max
Paramount+
Peacock
Tubi
PlutoTV
YouTube (in the “Free to Watch” playlist. They should say “Free” or “Free with Ads”, and should be posted by YouTube itself. No pirated videos!)
There could be others I didn’t mention, so if you have a film that can only be watched on a platform not on the list, don’t be afraid to ask whether I have access to it!
That’s it… make sure your submission is good, because 2 more people will be in danger this round, and 1 of them will be biting the dust. So good luck!
