And let’s say hypothetically that before you got 8th, you were nominated for 10th and survived the public vote. You were never nominated before then.

Depends on the number of noms you accomplished or the number of times you personally avoided nomination. Those are some quantifiable measures, however you choose to scale good/bad is subjective. There are probably other more subjective measures to be made too.
