For the reward challenge, the teams had to cook from different kinds of bird meat, determined by cracking specially made eggs.
Each dish made by each chef is eligible to recieve 5 points for their team.
the final scores are 21 points for the red team and 19 points for the blue team.

The Red Team get to spend the day at Niagra Falls while the Blue Team has to skin dead birds and prepare them to be cooked for tonight's dinner service.
-Dinner Service-
Things start out okay in both kitchens, until Mike sends in over seasoned lamb chops. This is followed by Brenda overcooking her salmon, and Lemon sending in stone cold Lamb sauce.
In the blue kitchen, everyone is struggling to cook salmon. Almost everyone is overcooking or undercooking it. Josh sends in uncooked lamb cut in uneven proportions, but it's jim's obviously burnt salmon that pushes Chef Gordon Ramsay to yell "GET OUT" to the blue team.
Peaches sends in uncooked salmon, while Brenda is cooking hers in overseasoned salmon water. However, Lemon is the one who sends the red kitchen out of dinner service after putting her lamb chops inside her risotto.
Both teams have failed to complete dinner service. Ramsay has asked both teams to nominate 2 chefs for elimination.

Brenda hands Chef Ramsay her jacket and then leaves Hell's Kitchen.
As the chefs head back to their dorms, Ramsay hangs Brenda's jacket as her picture burns up.
