Why do you like Tengaged?

I only joined Tengaged 1 week ago so... I'm not sure yet whether I like it or not.
What makes YOU like Tengaged? I've seen some people have been around for years! o.o
Is it the people you meet? Or the other games like Survivor are more interesting than the Casting?
