The winner of that poll will continue, and the loser will be eliminated. For example, you could decide the following themes: 'vote to evict, vote to save, vote for who is the best gameplayer, or each choose a song and vote for the favourite'. It's really up to you! As long as it can be achieved in a poll against two people.
