Leave the Survivor: Heroes vs. Villains placements as they are
-or-
Have the villains majority alliance choose to vote out Sandra instead at the Top 11 Tribal Council and have Courtney get to the F3 with Russell and Parvati and get 2nd place to Parvati (Russell would still be a 0-votes 3rd)
