In THG can you be arrowed out

if you aren't in the Corn? I've had different people tell me different things and I'm confused.
People who are hiding are obviously losing health continuously but are they safe from attacks? If you can shoot arrows into the hiding spot then is it random who it hits? #Hunger

Anybody can get arrowed, but only people sitting in the corn can COLLECT arrows from the algo

Sitting outside the corn people can click the popups as their only way to get arrows, but they cannot get more than 15

People sitting in the corn can collect over 15 arrows through the algo, but not through popups AFTER they have collected more than 15
