I am a student at university studying creative writing. In my free time I like to write stories that involve other people’s created characters, just because I think it’s fun and challenges my writing . Please only submit a character if you like Stranger Things the show and will actually read and give me “constructive” criticism on my writing! Every so often, I will release an episode with all the characters in. Expect each episode to be about 3,000 words long, and roughly 8 episodes in the first season although this may change.
Side note for Stranger Things fans: This will be set in the same universe, but will not contain any characters from the show. I am a massive fan and will be writing true to the universe of upside down (as we know it so far, so if season 3 comes out and it somehow clashes with my version of the universe as I don’t know what the production is planning obviously, just live with it haha). This will be set in modern-day, which I think is a nice twist!
To submit a character, fill out the form below. Bare in mind, your characters will progressively develop from their initial design set by you as I see fit and as they progress through the story. You may submit a maximum of two characters, whether they are related or not is up to you. If you decide to create two characters, they both need their own character form filled out.

For example, if you say “Last Name: Wilson [X]” you are giving me permission to possibly change the last name of your character. An example of me wanting to do this is if I wanted to make your character part of a family and needed to change their last name.

she lives with her rich dad his wife and kids after her mom died of a cocaine overdose and he got full custody when she was 16. he didn't wanna do it and their relationship is not the best since they never seen each other before (her parents split when she was really young) she's almost never home and prefers to explore the woods and other quiet places and draw the view. she would often sleep outside or at the bar she works at part time. through that she made some homeless druggie acquaintances. she's a smoker but not a drinker

She had no siblings and no immediate family that she knew of, she had no one to turn to so she was put in an orphan home. She liked it there but never quite fit in at any of them, especially since she’s had to move to a new one every month. Until someone finally adopted her(or she was moved to the one in the town about a year ago, and they never moved her since) and she finally regained the hope she once lost.
