Cheers to my one of my bestest friends on this site after 9 short months even though it feels like I’ve known you so much longer<33
*sips water*
(Wish I could be celebrating with you this weekend,
Oh the chaos that would ensue)
Yes, I logged in for you - feel special bitch
**Cheesy part: You deserve all the love and appreciation all day and everyday (cause you just give and you give). You make me laugh pretty much every day and I know I’m not the only one. I’m so happy we met! Never change. Love you Jayson. 💕

As someone who has suffered through mental health problems their whole life, I am not shy about being open about my struggles . I know a lot of others can’t say the same . It can be hard to talk about how you feel and past trauma. I’ve been struggling a lot lately with memories of a past relationship and rape coming back up. I have a lot of dark days and talking about them is the only way I get through.
I am so proud of how far the world has come with mental health awareness over the years. Having bellletstalk day in Canada and the whole month of May devoted to awareness and raising money to better understand our complicated brains is so important. Every individual person is so different genetically and gone through different experiences that mental health disorders can be so difficult to treat . But we all need to take the time to work on ourselves and love ourselves.
It’s so so important. I’m proud of every one of you
