Woke up this morning to a leak in my master bathroom coming from the ceiling.

Our Mod Panel Shows Jul 14, 2023
- The number of users sharing the same IP
- Their Cheat Score (i.e. suspicious activity the system has flagged)
- And a list of users sharing the same IP's.

All 3 of the moderators had a discussion on how to approach this, and we have banned the parties accordingly. When the system is flagging both accounts for sharing an IP, there is not much else to it than that.

If information surfaces that there was some kind of flaw in the system, or that it flagged an account irroneously then we can reapproach the situation. With that said, this is the same system we've been utilizing for well over 2 years now. We aren't making a ban because we want to, we're relying on what the system is telling us to make an appropriate judgement call.

Some Good News May 13, 2023
As we're approaching Mother's Day tomorrow, my mom just finished her last major surgery on Tuesday. Doctor's said it was definitely in the top 10 for hardest procedures they've undergone, but she's doing well and recovering steadily.

Just got cleared from the hospital last night, sounding like things are on the up and up. She'll still have some trouble walking or running errands, and thankfully I live close enough I can keep an eye on those things. But hopefully this will be the last of my most recent hardships.

Long Time No See Apr 29, 2023
imageSome of you may have noticed I took a bit of an absence for the last almost 30-ish days. To make a very long story short i've been battling some very intensive depressive episodes, and I didn't want that to have a negative impact on anyone else here so I took some time away from just about everything. Few things have happened in the last month(ish) for me, including:

- My long time pet cat Abby was recently put down. She was getting very old and was in a lot of pain, so we went through and did the responsible thing. Pic on this blog is one of the last photos I was able to take of her.

- My mom has been in and out of the hospital combating multiple different surgeries. So i've been taking care of things while she's been recovering. We're fortunate that nothing appears to be too serious as of right now (i.e. cancerous) but it's taken a toll on everyone.

And on a lighter note...

- I've currently in what has to be my first long-term relationship since forever. We've been friends since college and she's been one of the only things that's really kept me going despite all these recent obstacles.

Needless to say, i've had a lot on my mind and still do quite frankly. I apologize that I was unavailable for this long, but i'm back and working on a path to recovery. Thank you all for understanding.

Thanks for holding the fort while I was gone brandonpinzu and koolness234. And thanks to those who reached out to me during my time away to check and make sure I was doing OK (even though it was literally just 1 person lol).
