imageMatthew, or "Sash" was a castaway on Survivor: Nicaragua and was originally a member of the La Flor tribe consisting of younger castaways. Sash found himself in power alliances throughout the game and convinced Marty to give him his Idol. Despite his allies being blindsided and quitting the game on him, Sash managed to bounce back and make new allies and made it to the final 3, where he received 0 votes at Final Tribal Council, losing to both Chase Rice (runner-up) and Fabio Birza (the sole Survivor).

I personally really loved the Brenda/Sash duo. I do like Fabio but i'd have preferred a Sash win.

I was so upset at the time when Sash received ZERO jury votes, over Fabio who won and did nothing all game (but win immunities). Although his jury management sucked, I feel like he deserves more credit, because he played a wonderful strategic and social game up until the FTC. Wouldn't mind seeing him appear again someday, but wouldn't be upset if he never did either.
