hello! welcome to the 17 baristas competing on the first (and probably only) installment of absolita's barista contest. this season, you will be tested on your ability to make all kinds of drinks, but in the end, only one will become absolita's next. top. barista!!!.
for the very first week, we're going to go with a VERY simple theme: water! the original drink, really. nobody refreshes quite like she does. i'm very picky about how i like my water, but i'm excited to see all of your takes on this exquisite drink!
submit your water pictures and gifs to me and they will be judged on how much i would like to drink them. don't be afraid to take risks, but don't go so far that your drink is no longer "water". tea will have her week. you will have until 11:30 EST on 11/27 because tomorrow is thanksgiving and i need some time to make the spreadsheet.
