This has made me truly blessed, thankful and proud to be a Texan, Hurricane Harvey came thru and left its mark but Texans humanity was there to help each other. We did not wait for Federal or Government support. You noticed people getting in their own boats to go rescue people. Or do any little thing they could. The news doesn't show you shit like this because they want to divide us all.
This just shows the world and our country of the United States how truly strong Texas is. When Katrina hit people we're on roofs waiting and dying for days. Our death toll was minimal and I know that is because of WE the people. Texas is a strong ass state America, unlike any other tbh! We are one of its own. #texasstrong
