Danny's Second Pick: This came down to the wire. Ken and Braden were so neck and neck that their finals songs submissions. My final pick hit two songs here for me, The Nao song was fine overall, not my favorite- but was miles above the final song of Bradenâs. #Vanity : I felt like you played it safe this round but I do commend you for submitting songs that satisfied the theme amazingly. Your third song was my favorite. I love the message of women empowerment and the layers to them being witches.
#Connor : I loved your third song because it did give me Halloween but your second song was a terrible choice. Thereâs nothing scary or spooky about an Ariana grande song.
#Kenny : Your set was probably the most surprising one. Your first song got my hyped up for Halloween especially since it featured Queen Elvira. Your third song was risky it being from a musical and all. I was whelmed by it. (P.S Heartbreak Hotel is amazing too)
#Loosey : like player 1, you stick to your guns . I was expecting more from you for the first round, but you knocked round 2 and 3 out of the park for me. I was expecting bizarre and experimental from you and you delivered that round 2 and 3.

#Vanity : I wasnât a fan of any of your song really. I think you did fine with meeting themes, but song taste was meh to me! thank you.
#Connor : Oh you did so good with This is Halloween! That was an excellent choice, Even âOne Way or Anotherâ was great for the theme, it just was beat! The Ariana song was nothing special. thank you
#Kenny : Iâm not a fan of Kim, I actually canât stand her for the most part. The Jackson 5 song was a great rebound though and easily my favorite from you. Another Sanderson Sisters song closes out your choices, this wouldâve been much better in the first category! thank you
#Loosey : You definitely were my favorite overall. I felt like you pick songs that I enjoyed every category! Great job, with your songs! I think two of them barely got beat and category 1, you were the stand out! thank you

#Vanity - i think You stood out in all the rounds. original iconic songs...I consider that some song were the best of the entire competition. Buttress song the best

HINT FOR FINAL TWIST:
Welcome to the Quarter-finals! We seem to be moving at a snail's pace but expect to go full force til the end! This week you were tasked to create a horror movie with 3 songs submissions. Each judges picked their favorite movie, making up the TOPS.
Let's begin with critiques:

My winner is âSisterly Revengeâ Connorthomson
I feel like this was the most cohesive set of songs! For starters, each song was deliberately haunting and sad. There was so much heartbreak in these songs. They really worked so well together. Whatâs cool is, how they all were totally different songs, different genres, and followed so great to me! I wasnât thrilled with the lack creativity with missing the song title and no synopsis- so I almost went with another pick, but I created my own story while visiting each of the songs! I had the working title âLonely Girlâ in my head. IDK.
First song-
I totally buy the intro of the movie, this powerful and sad song, with an eerie overall feeling gives the idea that this movie wonât have a happy ending. The main girl is going through all of her emotions dealing with a devastating breakup, maybe even her lovers sudden death. She never will see them again and her world fades into a gray scale and she loses all emotion.
Christina Perri- âJar of Heartsâ really works for this theme.
Second song-
This is kinda where I believe the main characters lover died, this song. The main lyrics âcry little sisterâ makes me think that the main character just canât get over this sudden death. But the tone of this song follows the almost creepy and eerie feeling that Jar of Hearts holds. This song gives some hope, almost the light at the end of the tunnel, and as the viewer youâre not sure what will happen next! With this song, Cry Little Sister; I feel as though this could be the song playing during the funeral possibly.
Final Song-
So my first thought is the âYou who whoooo whoâ lyric and how haunting it is. It connects the three songs. This song should be optimistic, but instead it continues the haunting pattern. This girl is still not over the death, âAnd if only i could, make a deal with god And iâd get him to swap our placesâ and sheâs literally offering herself instead. This makes me think this movie isnât going to have a happy ending. Sheâs running up that hill at the end of the movie. And thereâs a tree, where her and her lover had their first picnic. and the movie ends.
I kinda created the movie for you, but I have a vivid imagination, so it worked for me!
