Margaret "Maggie" Ausburn was the winner of Big Brother 6. Maggie was a member of The Friendship Alliance, the rivals of the popular Sovereign Six Alliance. Her secret partner in the house was Eric Littmann.
•Maggie is one of the three houseguests to go on to win the game without winning any of the three parts of the last HOH competition. The other two were Jillian MacLaughlin and Sarah Hanlon

Ivette Corredero was the runner-up of Big Brother 6, receiving 3 out of 7 jury votes to win. Ivette was a member of The Friendship alliance, the rivals of the popular Sovereign Six alliance. Her secret partner in the house was Beau Beasley. She and Beau were the last partners left in the game.
Ivette was later one of the candidates eligible to be voted into Big Brother All-Stars. Ivette, however, did not make it back into the game.
She is openly lesbian.
•Ivette was the first and, so far, remains the only HouseGuest in Big Brother history to cast a tiebreaker vote at the Final Five, then cast the sole vote to evict at the Final Four, and then win the final Head of Household competition and cast the sole vote to evict at the Final Three.

Janelle Marie Pierzina was a houseguest on Big Brother 6 with her secret partner, Ashlea Evans. Janelle is remembered for being a part of the Sovereign Six alliance and her conflicts with The Friendship. She finished in third place, being evicted by the sole vote of Ivette Corredero over the eventual winner Maggie Ausburn.
Pierzina returned to the house in Big Brother All-Stars, being reunited with three members of her Sovereign Six allies. In this season, Janelle set the record for most individual competitions won in a single season, with 9 (4 HoH's & 5 PoV's). Once again, she placed third. She also developed a flirtmance with Will Kirby where the two formed a connection as the season progressed but ultimately stayed friends due to both being in relationships outside the house. At the finale of the season, Janelle was awarded $25,000 as the winner of the Fan Favorite Award.
Janelle returned along with three former houseguests for Big Brother 14, as part of the coaches twist. During Week 3, Janelle re-entered the game for her third time. Janelle was the fourth houseguest evicted, placing twelfth out of sixteen, after Mike "Boogie" Malin convinced Danielle Murphree to backdoor Janelle, allowing her no chance to save herself.
Because of her competition prowess, she is regarded as the greatest female houseguest and one of the greatest players in the history of the show.
•On June 11, 2009 Janelle announced her engagement to Jess DeSanto. The two married in 2010.
•Janelle gave birth to a baby girl on December 14th, 2011 and named her Violet Anne DeSanto.[2]

Howie Gordon was a contestant on Big Brother 6. His secret partner was Rachel Plencner. He was known mostly for his loud mouth and heated arguments with members of The Friendship alliance, most notably April Lewis. In Week 9, Howie was nominated alongside his longtime ally, Janelle and was evicted after she won the POV. He placed fifth.
Howie was chosen by Big Brother fans to return for Big Brother All Stars. He stuck with his Sovereign Six alliance, being the only one of the four to not win HOH. He was also remembered for his obsession with housemate Will Kirby. In Week 7, Howie was betrayed by his "Jedi Padawan" George Allen Boswell, the current HOH, and was evicted that week, placing eighth.
Howie Gordon graduated with a degree in Meteorology in 2010 and is presently applying for positions in Meteorology. He currently works in sales and lives in Chicago, Illinois.

Kaysar Ridha was a houseguest on Big Brother 6 and then returned to the house in Big Brother All Stars. In both seasons Kaysar placed tenth.
His secret partner in the Big Brother 6 House was Michael Donnellan. Kaysar is best known for being the leader of the Sovereign Six alliance. Kaysar was evicted on Day 33, but after a fan vote, he returned to the game on Day 40 following Sarah Hrejsa's eviction. Ultimately he gave up his HOH to Jennifer Vasquez during an endurance after a made deal, only to find himself betrayed and evicted for a second time. He later returned for Big Brother All-Stars, where once again he received tenth place.
