Lisa Donahue is the winning House Guest of Big Brother 3. She took away $500,000 after lasting 82 days in the house and receiving all but one vote from the Jury. She also became the first female winner in the show's history.
Lisa was later one of the 20 candidates eligible to be voted back into Big Brother All Stars. However, she was not selected.
•Lisa was the first House Guest to win the first and last Head of Household competitions and the game. Lisa would later be followed by Hayden Moss and Rachel Reilly, who accomplished the same feat.
•Lisa has the most votes to win out of any Big Brother winner with 9.

Danielle Reyes was a houseguest on Big Brother 3 and later appeared on Big Brother All-Stars. Known for her strong, competitive nature, Danielle managed to create a successful two-person alliance with Jason Guy and made it all the way to the final three, where Jason was evicted. Unfortunately for her, the jurors were aware of her cocky Diary Room confessionals and she was named the runner-up, only receiving one vote from the Jury. This sparked much controversy, as many fans believed Danielle should have won the game which also changed the Jury format for later seasons.
Reyes returned for All-Stars and was immediately targeted for being a strong strategic player. Throughtout the season, Danielle was often campaigning to get out the Sovereign Six alliance. She was also a member of the The Legion of Doom alliance that consisted of herself, her ally James, Mike and Will, with the goal of evicting Janelle. When her closest ally James was evicted in Week 7, the Legion of Doom was no more as Danielle vowed to go after Chilltown for their betrayal. When her ally Erika won HoH in Week 8, it seemed like Danielle was safe. Unfortunately for her, Mike and Will convinced Erika Landin that Danielle was a major threat which resulted in her being backdoored. She became the ninth houseguest evicted from All-Stars after the reveal of a second Double Elimination Round, becoming the fourth member of the jury and placing 6th.
Because of her social game and strong strategic abilities, she is often regarded as one of the greatest houseguests in Big Brother history, and named "Greatest Player to Never Win" by fans and many previous players including Will Kirby.
•Danielle is the first female to win the Power of Veto.
•She is the first houseguest to not use the POV.
•Since Big Brother 3, Danielle, along with Jason Guy and Derrick Levasseur, are the only Houseguests to never be nominated as their keys were pulled at every nomination ceremony, and they were only nominated by default during the final three.
•She is the first finalist to make it to the end with no eviction votes cast against her.
•Danielle is the first African-American House Guest to reach the Final 2 (with Natalie Martinez from Big Brother 11 becoming the second).
•Coincidentally, both of them became runners-up.
•Should've won BB3.

Jason Guy was a houseguest on Big Brother 3. He was the ninth evicted.
He is a born-again Christian, and his religion played an important role in his life both inside and outside the Big Brother house.
Jason now works for Orlando's NBC affiliate WESH on the news.[1]
•Jason was the first ever houseguest to hold the POV and the title of HOH in the same week.
•Since Big Brother 3, Jason, along with Danielle Reyes and Derrick Levasseur, are the only HouseGuests to never be nominated as their keys were pulled at every nomination ceremony, and they were only nominated by default during the final three.
•He is the first houseguest from Alabama.

Amy Crews was a houseguest on Big Brother 3. She was evicted in Week 3, but was voted back into the house by her fellow houseguests. She finished in fourth place, after being the tenth person evicted.
•Amy was the first ever houseguest to be chosen as a replacement nominee at a Nomination Ceremony, after the POV had been used.
•She was the first ever houseguest to re-enter game after previously being evicted.
•Amy was the first houseguest (and female) to be evicted twice in the same season.
•Out of the 8 weeks Amy was on Big Brother 3, she only was able to vote once.
•Amy is tied with Joey Van Pelt for the record for highest amount of votes against a female HouseGuest with thirteen (13).
•She is tied with John McGuire for the record of highest-placing returning houseguest. Both made it to 4th place after being evicted once.
•Amy was the only houseguest to be a replacement nominee on Big Brother 3, since the Power of Veto was only used once.
•Amy was offered a slot in the All Star season, but declined due to her wedding being the same summer. (THANK GOD SHE WAS OFFERED)
•Amy, along with Sharon Obermueller, made it further than any other returnee in the history of Big Brother when she placed 4th, until Big Brother Canada 1, where Gary Levy returned to the house and made it to the Final Two.

Marcellas Reynolds was a houseguest on Big Brother 3 and later appeared on Big Brother All Stars. In Big Brother 3, He was the ninth houseguest to be evicted becoming the eight member of the jury. Marcellas is infamously known for winning the Golden Power of Veto (which had first come into play during the Final five), and refusing to use it on himself since his friend Amy Crews was also a nominee. Ultimately, HoH Jason Guy evicted him in a tiebreaker. Marcellas's move would come to be recognized as one of the worst moves in Big Brother History.
In Big Brother All Stars, the old rivalry between Marcellas and Danielle Reyes was reignited. Marcellas was the sixth evicted, placing ninth and becoming the first jury member. Marcellas was the only jury member to vote for Erika Landin to win.

Gerry Lancaster was a House Guest on Big Brother 3. He was the seventh evicted.
•Gerry was the oldest HouseGuest in Big Brother 3 and the first male House Guest to be the oldest contestant of the season.

Lori Olsen was a House Guest on Big Brother 3. She was the first evicted. She is remembered for her tiff with Danielle Reyes over Gerry's unwashed hands.
•She is the first House Guest from Wisconsin.
•Lori is one of two houseguests (the other being Jordan Parhar from Big Brother Canada 3) to place 12th and become a member of the jury.
•She is the only US houseguest to achieve this feat.
•Unlike Jordan, Lori got to vote for the winner.
