This week, Corinna is representing Mongolia!

Corinna, while going through the countries that would be represented for this challenge, I early on knew there might be a bit of a clash between Mongolia in particular and the Far East country. However, with this photo you were able to make it your own and add a story of your past on to it. And this photo, it just feels so surreal in an almost Mona Lisa sort of way. There's a lot of story here and I really do feel this represents Mongolia. As a critique, the spacing is a bit odd for the photo, but your body language really does translate well from what we can see. Great job!

This week, Crystal R. is representing Scandinavia!

Crystal R. , I won't lie. After winning the first challenge, the judges had very high expectations from you. Usually, the first winner of the cycle goes to sort of fizzle out early or continues to excel every week. This week, you absolutely excelled. This photo is so avant-garde and so out of the box and something unexpected, it stood out from the pack automatically. As a critique, the judges were not completely sold on your explanation as it seemed like you just found a good-looking shot and said that it related because it's unique like the country. But, as a photo, the effect translates and it was refreshing to see.
