Bio: Angus was always that wild child growing up. He would always make his parents angry, annoyed, and frustrated with his antics, and when he hit puberty, it was even worse. Fortunately for his parents, the pandemic happened, but unfortunately, he watched his father get murdered by mutants and his mother shot by someone who thought she was infected. He had to quickly mature and adapt to the current state of distress the world was in, moving from town to town and group to group until he finally settled in the New Haven colony in Portland. He was quickly taken in by colony member Bev Russell after hearing his story, and lives with her and her child, Luke. Angus has been in the colony for two years now, and after losing almost everything in his life, he is now just trying to rekindle his childhood and relax, however the colony is slowly going down under and he is not sure what will happen to everyone and everything around him.

Bio: Liezel was only 3 when the outbreak started and unfortunately lost her mother to the virus. Her father, Gabriel, saved her and they ran away. Gabriel used his military connections to move around with his daughter, and soon enough Gabriel helped form the colony of New Haven. Liezel grew up reserved and only saying and doing the right things at the right time. She lost her childhood and in return matured at a very early age, so all she wanted to do is stay safe and stay to herself. Liezel grew up scared and built walls to defend herself from people, feeling bad about most things but doesn’t voice her opinion. Maureen and Marisol, although to Marisol’s dismay, are considered to be step-grandmothers to Liezel and comfort her at times. Liezel is bored of the routine she stuck herself in. She’s always been cooped up in a place, and now she wants to break free and explore. Her father never wants her to leave, and honestly she is fed up with it. The colony has been in a downfall for a year, and all she gets is ridicule from all that is happening, even with how much she tries to help. Liezel wants, no, needs a breather from everything around her, unfortunately there seems to be no way she can do so.

Bio: Gabriel served in the military for about 10 years before the pandemic. He saved his daughter, Liezel, from his infected wife, and used his military prowess to move them around safely. Him and fellow group members David Whitmer and Bev Russell started the colony of New Haven in Portland. Gabriel has always shielded Liezel from everything that has happened, and will continue to do so. Losing his wife was one of the hardest things he has done, and if he lost Liezel his heart would have shattered. Gabriel leads New Haven and with the current colony depression, he has had a lot of backlash. He tries his best to negotiate with the military, but they do not seem to care anymore.

Bio: Marisol is Maureen’s younger, more practical sister. She is more likely to voice her opinions, especially in the town meeting and to her sister when they sit and drink tea on their front porch. She demands extra food for the both of them because they are older and deserve more rations, extra comfort items, more tea, and maybe even a home servant so that they can get help when they need it. Maureen likes to comfort and baby Liezel like she is her own granddaughter, however Marisol doesn’t exactly like it.

Bio: Maureen is Marisol’s older, more down-to-earth sister. Maureen might be the oldest person in the colony, but she sure is a hoot and a half. Maureen likes to go on walks around the colony and check up on people, she likes picking flowers in a small field outside her and Marisol’s house and giving them to people, and is just much kinder than Marisol. She likes to think Liezel is her granddaughter and visits her from time to time. She just wants to be friendly and care for people before her time is up in this now desolate world.

He decided to shut down that jealousy and remind himself of why he did this in the first place. He has a family of five; a wife and three kids, and he will do anything to keep them safe.

Bio: As one of the founders of New Haven, Bev is on a high pedestal within the colony, in which she keeps by being the colony’s most supportive person. Bev suffered the loss of her husband and second child about 7 years ago, and every day she blames herself for it. Mentally, she placed herself so low that she barely could fend for herself and her last son, Luke. Fortunately, Gabriel saved her from her misery and recruited her and Luke into a new society. She felt rejuvenated and took it upon herself to support everyone in the colony. You can say, her motherly instincts kicked in. Although the colony is going through a depression, she is trying to keep everyone civilized and understanding.

She tries her best to care for people, but with the limited supplies, limited medical team, and low morale, Janet is ready to vocalize the dangers of the colony’s current state.

Bio: Shanna is one of the newest additions to the colony, she was found by a scouting group at the outside of the colony’s walls. She was scouting herself, she heard of a safe haven to the north, and instead she found New Haven. They welcomed her with controversy, Gabriel and Bev let her in even though James and David thought it wasn’t a good idea. Nonetheless, Shanna now lives in one of the poorer houses in the colony and she is thankful to God for finding a place for her to stay and not be alone anymore.

Despite Bev looking after her, Alexandra always had more respect for Marisol and would always admire her. Lexa craves for power and wants one day to be part of the colony's council, so she always eavesdrop to what the elders are talking about. Despite being very concerened about the state of the colony, Alexandra always wanted to go on an adventure and explore the outside world.

His girlfriend lasted about a month after the outbreak and his daughter lasted nearly three months. Sadly, both of them were put down by Charles after getting infected. For years after that, Charles was drifting around the country and declining any offers from other survivors to join their group or community. He spent years just walking and thinking about how he failed at his job of being a father and a guardian. That was up until about six months ago when a group of survivors from New Haven found Charles beat to shit on a beach. Luckily for Charles, they brought him in and nursed him back to health. Feeling like he owed them his life, Charles couldn’t just leave the people who saved him. Now for the past six months, he has been living at New Haven, trying to reinvent himself into the man he used to be that would stop at nothing to protect his family.

It’s a miracle as to how he even got this far without succumbing to the virus or the infected people around him as he isn’t exactly a survivor expert. Maicon likes to pitch in where he can and isn’t normally one to go on expeditions. He usually takes care of the sick, the children, or even the farm and livestock if they are ever lucky enough to even get those things. He helps out with normal duties too like cooking or laundry.
