Hello everyone, and welcome to season one of Ryan's Survivor Series! We're here in Vatnajökull National Park, a stunning hideaway in Iceland. Being transported in trucks over the glaciers below me are 16 new castaways ready to play the game of Survivor! They are strangers about to begin a journey of a lifetime, and soon enough, the battle for one million dollars will begin! They have no idea what's in store for them. For in this frigid paradise, tensions will rise, tempers will flare, and one by one, 16 castaways will be voted off until only 1 remains. Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime.
For the next 39 days, this will be their home. They will have to play a crafty game and keep their eyes on the prize in order to win this game. They must learn to adapt, or they'll be voted off the tribe. In the end, one will remain, and claim the million dollar prize and the title of Sole Survivor.

You are in tribes named after natural landmarks in Iceland. Strokkur, your tribe is named after a famous Icelandic fountain geyser, and you will be donning baby blue buffs this season. Gullfoss, your tribe is named after an iconic Icelandic waterfall, and you will be donning light red buffs this season.

Let's get to this season's twist!
Well, this probably won’t excite most of you, but this season we do have Hidden Immunity Idols in play. The way you find them though, will probably be unlike any group game you’ve played in before.
The idol is hidden at each camp in the form of a 6-letter word. The word is different for both camps, and to guess for the idol you must publicly post the guess in your tribe’s camp forum. If you are wrong, I will mail you and tell you, and if you guess right I will mail you and you will receive the hidden immunity idol.
Winning challenges will earn you clues to the idol, and some challenges might have hidden clues built into them, so stay vigilant – you never know when a clue will pop up!
There will be three idols in play this game, one at each tribe’s camp, and one at the merge camp. You’re allowed to guess for the idol twice per virtual day, between the end of the challenge and the end of tribal council. *YOU MAY NOT GUESS FOR THE IDOL UNTIL AFTER THE FIRST IMMUNITY CHALLENGE*
Your first immunity challenge will take place at 8 PM EST tomorrow. Winning tribe will get immunity and reward in the form of an idol clue, losers will go to tribal with nothing.
